We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible puppy for your family and will make every effort to match your puppy's personality to your family's lifestyle. We have been involved in breeding, grooming and training various breeds of dogs for 40 years. While involved in my past dog grooming salon, we fell in love with the gentle, intelligent and friendly Cockapoo breed and found this non-shedding hypo-allergenic breed, a joy to style.
Our female Cockapoos produce a variety of colors including Buff, Carmel color, Cream, Reds in various shades, Apricots, all Blacks, and Black Phantoms. The puppy's dew claws are removed and the tails are docked.
The miniature size is described as 11" to 14" and weigh between 11-20 lbs. However, our miniatures are usually 13" to 14" and usually weigh 16 to 20 lbs. We also raise standards which are described as 15" or taller and over 20 lbs. Our standard size is usually only 1 inch taller than our miniatures or about 15" to 16" tall ( a fantastic size) and usually weigh 17 to 24 pounds. Upon visiting, most folks cannot discern between the two sizes since they are so similar in size. Some kennels use standard poodles, however, and they may be 50 to 70 lb. range. We do not raise the very large size that are similar to the lab-a-doodles.
We truly enjoy sharing updates from our puppy customers and invite you to visit our
"Placed Puppy" page to view their pictures and experiences. To ensure that your puppy has an enjoyable transition into your family, we are available by phone or email to answer your questions, address concerns, or to acquire training tips. We do suggest that puppy's attend
a basic obedience class with their new family which will allow them to be socialized.
It allows the owners to learn how to train their new companion in the correct manner.
This lessens the risk of puppies being given up for adoption due to problems that could have been prevented with proper training techniques.
Each puppy is provided with a folder containing a congenital health guarantee,
the ACC registration , the puppy's pedigree (family heritage), a record of treatment (vaccinations/parasite treatments, etc.), your receipt of payment, a Nuvet vitamin sample / Nuvet vitamin informational sheet, and a puppy tip page.
We believe that our customer's needs are of the utmost importance. We are committed to assisting you in choosing a puppy that will best meet your family's needs. Please ask yourself the following questions: Is your family a high energy family or the type that likes to relax? What activities will you expect your companion to accompany you on? Do you jog and desire your companion to jog? Do you desire your companion to play frisbee or sit by the fireplace while you watch a movie? Are the children expecting a companion to fetch and run or is your child a special needs child whom needs a more relaxed companion that loves to sit on a lap or beside the child? Answering these types of questions will assist us in choosing the puppy that best fits your lifestyle and home. Our concern with your satisfaction is evidenced by the fact that a high percentage rate of our customers are from repeat customers and their referrals.
We welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and assist in finding a great companion dog for your family.
